The hotel has an incredible and amazing location, very close to Lakeside. Need to point out that it's a minute walk from the city centre.

Francesca on the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me before I got there with Taxis and bus timetables. The bathroom in my room was very big and was clean. The location is excellent, right on the lake front.
The room was not clean; the wallpaper was coming off and had stains on it, as did the carpet. Breakfast had a wide selection but I was put off by the birds in the room eating the cereal from the bowl and ants crawling next to the bread. The restaurant staff were rude and one night I did not get served, even though there were people around me being served.

location is convenient for boat trips the view fabulous and it was good value for money , yet with a little better management it could be so much better. The air/con should not be switched off at 8.30am the breakfast is a sad little meal with little choice the room had 3 hangers a fourth being broken , the in room tv was 3mtrs off the ground and circa 1990 and the pillows soft as wood.

the view of the lake from balcony
everything apart from the view was terrible. worst hotel we have stayed in for twenty years. the breakfast was very poor. The carpet in the room was dirty and ancient. The bathroom was about 80 years old with a shower you had to hold by hand. The staff were grumpy and unhelpful.

We loved the fact that it overlooked the Lake. We could look out over our balcony and see the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was quiet but we enjoyed the peacefulness. We also loved the fact that we were so close to the ferry. Had a wonderful two days.
If you like a lively night life, then the resort is not for you. It is very quiet.

We were disappointed with the size of our room. It was cramped, leaving us very little space to move around comfortably. There was no work space or dresser, challenging to unpack .

Waterfront location between two parades. Quiet, neat room, nice and helpful personnel (eg. ice served for cooling own wine, discount ticket for a restaurant).
Noisy ventilation in bathroom when lights were on.

A magical lakefront escape
Waking up to fine views of Lake Garda from our balcony made our mornings special. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very good too assist us.
The room was quite compact, leaving little space to move around comfortably. It was challenging when unpacking, especially for a longer stay. A larger room would be better.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring
With easy access to boat tours and beautiful views of the lake. The staff was great, although our room could have been quieter. We had a lovely time dining outside by the water.

The location of Du Lac is really good, situated right by the serene lakeside with easy access to ferries. The staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring all my business needs were met promptly. My room was clean, modern, and equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a well-functioning workspace and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast also offered a variety of options to suit different preferences.

The location by the lake provided fine views from the balcony. Breakfast was a highlight, with home-baked bread and attentive service that ensured a good start to the day. The grumpy demeanor of the main waiter during a single dinner was unexpected and detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite this, a return would be on the cards as the no noise around and cleanliness impressed greatly.
